I am a 3rd year university student (Philosophy) and I am spending my summer in Kitimat while my girlfriend is doing a nursing practicum in Hazelton. I was wondering anyone happened to know of someone who was doing work on their sailboats and who wouldn't mind a hand? I am very eager to work and learn and am looking for any opportunity available. I am not looking to be paid, just to learn.
That being said, money couldn't hurt :)
I have 5 years of experience as both a residential electrician's apprentice and as a general carpenter (though I do not have my ticket).
I will be coming in May sometime and any information or contacts would be a great help.
